A lot of my modalities blend meditation, somatic healing, energy work, and talking. Most of this work is very intuitive. I can help you bring awareness to where stored emotions are clogging up in your body, and help you release through anger releases, inner child connection, and other practices. These are all methods I have gathered from training with the best mentors since 2021 and. customizing and refining them to anxiously attached clients.
All my clients have access to the nervous system regulation playlist, prompts, meditation videos, book list, and a couple of intentional observation tools/tips to go from anxious preoccupation to secure observation. This is lifetime access. Each week I also give specialized homework and challenges to help clients receive customized support and integration. During the program, you'll have WhatsApp access to me to ask questions, celebrate wins, and create breakthroughs.
I do not offer refunds or scholarships. If you're half in-half out, you'll only get half-in results. When doing this work, the old identity that has been running the show gets scared of the identity shift occuring because it dosen;t know if it'll survive/handle it. So it'll try to back out, resist the work, or the breakthroughs. Good, that means it's working.
